Synopsis

After completing his computer engineering studies, Ethan decided to pursue his passion for cooking and opened Udang Udang, a halal lor mee stall in Woodlands. Inspired by his grandmother’s recipe, he modernised the traditional dish while keeping its authentic flavour, drawing long queues of loyal customers. Despite being young and new to the hawker trade, Ethan’s determination, creativity, and respect for heritage have helped him turn a humble family recipe into a thriving business.
